Growing up, what was your favourite fairy tale or children’s story?
The Magic Faraway Tree series by Enid Blyton were my favourite books. I loved the idea of these magical lands at the top of the tree. Always wanted one of Moonface’s biscuits.
What’s your favourite aroma or fragrance?
Perfume-wise I like Summer Scent by Jean-Paul Gaultier and Inspire by Christina Aguilera. I like the smell of coffee and clothes that have just come off the line.
What’s your favourite colour?
Blue, probably as it’s the colour of the sky. I don’t like dark blues like navy or royal blue and to me turquoise is green.
What’s your favourite genre of literature?
Psychological horror
If you were in a carnival, what talent would you have?
I used to spin hula hoops on my arms when I was a kid so I guess that would be my talent. Or I could sing and dance, but that’s not a carnival talent.
Favourite season?
Spring for the sun and the clocks going forward. Summer for the sunshine and long evenings.Autumn for the beautiful leaves and when the sun still shines. Winter when it snows, or when it’s sunny but freezing cold.
